Core Findings at a Glance

Lakers Analysis

Jerry West is the best Laker statistically. He is the only player in the top 3 for both total points (25,192 — #2) and total assists (6,238 — #3), making him the sole franchise player with dual top-tier presence across scoring and playmaking.

Lakers Analysis

Kobe Bryant leads all Laker scorers with 33,643 total points — nearly 8,500 more than the next closest player. His 20 years of service are also unmatched in the filtered dataset.

Lakers Analysis

Magic Johnson leads in assists with 10,141 — nearly 4,000 more than the next player (Kobe, 6,306). His playmaking output over 13 seasons remains unmatched in franchise history.

Marketing Dashboard

Product D achieves 694.71% realistic eROAS — the top performer. Despite modest funnel volumes, the $1,200 AOV converts even small lead counts into outsized revenue, clearing the Venture Pass threshold by over 2x.

Marketing Dashboard

Product E earns Venture Pass at 322.53% eROAS with the highest R-CR of all five products at 9.05%. Every funnel stage exceeds benchmarks despite a modest $97 AOV — a strong scaling candidate.

Marketing Dashboard

Product A illustrates the "Corn Syrup" problem. Strong CTR (8.23%) and L-CR (35%) fail to generate profit because the $30 AOV is too low for paid acquisition. Funnel health ≠ business viability.

About the Sandbox

The Amak Data Research Sandbox is a living collection of data-driven investigations produced by Amak Studios as part of coursework for IDSN 530 (Technology Essentials). Each project within the sandbox applies a consistent analytical framework: gather data, define metrics, compute aggregates, build a visual interface, and draw defensible conclusions.

The sandbox is designed to evolve. As new research questions arise — from sports analytics to market validation to consumer behavior — additional modules will be added to this environment. Each module maintains a shared design language while presenting analysis tailored to its specific domain.
